Your Personal Trainer reviews your medical and exercise history, clarifies your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommends a customized workout plan. From there, you have options! You can choose to work one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, or following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins.

Having been in the Fitness industry for almost 25 years as a Personal Trainer I felt it was time to advance my career to the next stage. I had grown tired of the “big box club” style of gyms.
I was given the opportunity to become an owner of my own Boutique Gym and I jumped at the chance. The Gym on Fennell has exceeded my expectations! The response has been over whelming and I feel honoured and humbled to serve the great people of this community.

He specializes in working one-on-one with people to help them understand how to exercise correctly for their
body-type and overcome their internal obstacles to achieving a healthier lifestyle. Mykle has a personal history in the Martial Arts, and studies eastern Psychology extensively, working with Meditation, Chakra energy balancing, and Yoga practices.
His past formal training has been predominantly through the CHEK institute, which is a holistic education company lead by one of his mentors, Paul Chek. Mykle has helped many people of diverse backgrounds change their lives for the better through exercise and inspiration, and holds a strong wish to be of benefit to many others.
The joy of hitting my goal is what initially got me hooked on fitness and created my desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. I am a graduate from the Health Wellness and Fitness Program at Mohawk College, and have since trained with several different sports athletes. We must train both the body and the mind in unison to maintain consistency and develop new healthy habits. I guarantee, once you feel the inspiration to change, your won't be able to stop!
